This configuration allows you to monitor the appearance of the score bug only, without video, within the user interface.

Steps

Verify hardware connections: See: "Live Book: How to connect a system using a downstream key without program access?"

  1. Open the Settings Dialog. See: "SportApp: How do I configure the SportApp?"
  2. In the Video section, click the Settings button to open the Video Settings dialog.

    The Video Settings dialog appears.
  3. In the Graphics Output Mode area, to route the score bug and the video out for downstream keying at the switcher, select Key and Fill Out - Downstream.
  4. From the Reference dropdown, choose one of these:
    • Choose RefIn if you have a reference signal connected.

    •  If you do not have a reference signal connected to your I/O Box, choose Internal.

  5. Observe the checkbox next to the Reference dropdown. A green check next to this selection confirms that the system detects a valid signal. A red X indicates that no signal is detected from the selected source. In this case, check your hardware connections.
  6. Click OK to Save your settings and close this dialog.
  7. Complete the configuration process. See: "SportApp: How do I configure the SportApp? "
