Environment
- Product: SportApp
- Component: Scoreboard OCR
- Control System: Live Book GFX®
Steps
For NDI setups follow DD4250805
OCR clock
-
Connect the camera to input 1.
- From the settings dialog (bottom right corner), click on the scoreboard feed drop down and choose AJT OCR.
Note: When the feed is set to AJT OCR the game clock will not change.
Adjust the OCR Settings
- Launch the OCR settings window by clicking on the OCR setup button. The OCR settings dialog contains sliders that are used to adjust the video properties. Use the position, scale or shear sliders to fit the video in the settings window.
- Adjust the threshold, brightness and contrast of the incoming video. This determines how the clock data will show on the score bug and output monitor.
- Other than the sliders, the mouse and keyboard shortcuts can also be used to manipulate the position, scale, brightness, contrast, and shear of the image. The delete button can also be used to remove the trackers.
- Add trackers for game clock and shot clock. Trackers are needed for each digit.
- In the preview window the score bug will be updated with both the game clock and shot clock coming from the OCR settings.
- Save the setup by pressing the OCR setup and saving the file as a .xml file.
Verify the file has been saved
- Randomly adjust all the sliders in the settings window.
- Click on the load OCR setup button and load the setup file that was saved. All settings should be back to how they were saved and the clocks should show up correctly on the score bug.
Send changes
Press ok to close the OCR settings window. Press the PRG button to send the score bug and all its data to the program window.KB ID: DD3984332
