M-Bridge web configuration page will not load; M-Bridge software is missing

Potential Symptoms

  • When installing an M-Series Hardware Bridge, the Daktronics DisplayFind does not find the M-Bridge.
  • Able to VNC into the M-Bridge, but the web configuration page or GUI for the Bridge will not load, get the standard load failure message in the browser.
  • When looking in Programs and Features, Daktronics Venus M-Series Bridge, is not installed.
  • When checking the services in Windows, the Daktronics M-Series Bridge service and the Daktronics M-Series Bridge Web Configuration Host service are not listed.

Cause

  • The M-Series Hardware Bridge software is missing from the Hardware Bridge Device.

Resolution

  • Contact Daktronics technical assistance to obtain and re-install the M-Bridge software.
