Unable to change hold time to longer than 30 seconds on ECCB.

    Cause

    • The maximum hold time to set per slide is 30 seconds for this type of display.

    For Temporary Operation

    Note: For further questions please reference the manual: GALAXY® ECCB DISPLAY.

    1. Schedule messages multiple times with the hold time set to max of 30 sec to get to 15 mins.
    2. Change the all day and set the message with 1 slide for 15min (would have to schedule this throughout the entire day)
    3. Schedule messages for a couple hours each and only using 1 slide per message.
