How to set a communication loss message using Vanguard Software

Steps

  1. In the Administrator window double click on the display to be configured.

  2. In the Messaging options category click Change event activations.

  3. Click Change communication loss activations.

  4. Click Yes to use a com loss activation.

  5. Set the Threshold time.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Choose the action you want to take place when communication is lost.

    • If you chose to play a message, choose the message from the library.

  8. Verify the settings match the communication loss settings you want.

  9. Click Finish.
