Module in Curved DVN display will not go back into face sheet after being removed.
Potential Symptoms
- Module pulled out of display easily, but when being put back in it will not close.
- Top portion of mod seems to interfere with the face sheet.
Environment
- Product Family: DVN
- Product: DVN 903 / 953 Curved Displays
- Component: Modules
Cause
- The 2mm Z-Axis set screw located directly under the power connector is extended on the mod and preventing it from seating completely into the channel of the face sheet.
Resolution
- Use a 2mm T-Handle or Allen wrench and back out the set screw until flush. Insert the mod, then re-adjust the set screw if necessary.
