How to Get Sample Scores from SportsWire 4k When the NFL is not in Season?

Steps

  1. Open the SportsWire Interface
  2. Select the Driver (NFL) that matches the sport you are trying to get sample data for.
  3. Once the correct driver is chosen (a reboot of the interface will be needed if you are changing the driver), select Driver Configurations.
  4. Go to the Configure tab. Under NFL GSIS Server Info, next to path, change the year you would like the data to come from:
    1. It will be set to the current year so for the 2017-2018 NFL season, the path will look like this: http://www.nflgsis.com/2017/reg/1/scores.xml
    2. To get data from the previous year's games, you will need to change the year portion of the path.
    3. Your new path should look like the one pictured below with the year you have chosen going where the picture is highlighted in yellow:

  5. Click Apply, then click OK.
  6. Once you are finished with sample data, be sure to change the year back to the current season so as not to show old data during the games
