Data field appears fine in Content Studio or Web presentation but is cut off on the display, Word wrapping issue

Potential Symptoms

  • Data field appears fine in Content Studio or Web presentation but is cut off on the display.
  • Word wrapping may wrap differently between the created piece of content and the thumbnail it generates.

Cause

  • The text box is to small for the data field being used and is not being word wrapped in the web presentation.

Resolution

  1. Use Content Studio and add components for the data fields to compile the same templates for day/date/time.
  2. Stretch text boxes to allow room for text to display.

For Temporary Operation

  • Select a different template to use that allows space for data to be viewed on the display. To get all information to be displayed may require putting templates on multiple slides instead of 1.
