Sign sizes and zones don't show correctly in Content Studio when making new content.

Cause

  • Content Studio doesn't have the correct information from the player and it's setup.

Resolution

  1. Close Content Studio if open.
  2. In Display Studio, click on the top left corner's yellow box.

  3. Select Properties
  4. Then Service Configuration.

  5. Select the player that has the incorrect sign sizes showing in Content Studio and then click Update Server. Once finished, click OK.

  6. Open up Content Studio again and click New Display to confirm the right sizes are showing.
