Content Studio: Error "nucleus log-in failed. The server is not available"; Database loaded improperly
Potential Symptoms
- Content Studio giving error when trying to save messages.
- "Nucleus log-in failed. The server is not available. Displaying local system files only. Error: The Socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a received timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. Local socket timeout was '00:00:59.9939997'."
- After selecting ok on the error message, unable to save the message to the database, but can save the message to a file path on the computer.
- Error message may be intermittent, but will get error more often than not.
- "Nucleus log-in failed. The server is not available. Displaying local system files only. Error: The Socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a received timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue. - When attempting to add content to a scheduled playlist a Login failure error populates.
- "Nucleus log-in failed. The server is not available. The dialog cannot be displayed. Error: An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and details"
- After clicking OK, this error is immediately followed by error "Venus 1500 has encountered a problem and needs to close. Wea are sorry for the inconvenience."
- When error is acknowledge, the software closes.

- Unknown. Suspect issue with how database was loaded.
Resolution
- Load in a recently backed up database or create a new backup database and load it in.
