Deck plate mounting holes for screws do not line up with the floor box.

Potential Symptoms

  • When installing deck plates, the mounting holes for the screws are not matching up to the floor hole locations.
  • The screw holes are too far apart on the deck plate for the floor box.
  • The screw holes are too close together on the deck plate for the floor box.

  • Product Family: Aquatics

  • Control System: Lane Module Interface (LMI)

Cause

  • The wrong model of deck plate is being used for the box mounting method provided at that location.

Resolution

  • For direct anchor applications, use the Generic model of deck plate.
  • For Carlon box applications, use the Carlon model of deck plate.

Additional Information

NOTE: See the variance in mounting hole locations based on pictures below.  The Generic model has a wider spread than the Carlon.
