Steps

  1. Launch Venus Control Suite and log in by following How do I log into Venus Control Suite?
  2. Click the current user in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click the About tab to open the support window.
  4. Click on the provided link from the support window:
    • Read the manual: to view or print the Venus Control Suite manual
    • Search our knowledge base: to search for step by step instructions on resolving issues or answering questions
    • Request assistance through my support: submit for tech support or any customer service needs
    • Contact a trainer: for any operational, non urgent how to questions, request a callback from one of the software trainers
