How to request Home and Guest team request stats with a single request

How do I request Home and Guest team requested stats on a single UDP port?

 

Environment

  • Product Family: Software; Control System
  • Product:
  • Component: DMP-8000, DSTI
  • Control System: Show Control System (SCS)

Steps

  1. Create request stat as normal, please reference How to create request stats button in Display Studio.
  2. On option 4 instead of selecting Home or Guest you will need to type in BOTH which will tell the DSTI program to send home and guest stats with the request.
    Note: Both does need to be all capital letters.
