RC-100 Base Station not connecting with the scoreboard, Bad Base Station

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to communicate with scoreboard using RC-100 handheld remote, however scoreboard boots up normally; shows POST test.
  • RC-100 handheld connects to base station normally.
  • No scoreboard data shows up on the scoreboard, scoreboard blank.
  • Getting 0VDC across the Orange (RS232 RX) and Blue (RS232 TX) wire leaving the Base Station.
  • Issues may be intermittent.
