Venus 1500 opens as a white box or screen using remote program, connect monitor to Client device or use another remote program

Potential Symptoms

  • Venus appears as a white box, you can not see any tabs, but you can resize the box and move it around.  If you hover over certain areas of the window with the mouse, it acts as an active window.
  • Connecting to remote (client) device with no monitor (headless system).

Cause

  • Teamviewer display emulator is not processing the graphics correctly.

Resolution

  1. Reconnect monitor to client desktop, How do I use TeamViewer on headless systems?
  2. Uninstall Teamviewer and use another remote program if issue still present.
