TriCaster requests Windows activation when launched, System recently repaired.

  • After booting up the TriCaster it is requiring Windows activation.

Cause

  • System was recently refurbished within the last 6 months or sent in for repair.

Resolution

  • Activate Windows using the network activation option or contact Microsoft with the provided number and be ready to provide them with the Windows license key which is on a sticker located on the TriCaster unit.
