Scrolling messages look choppy or jittery and are running too slow out on display but are previewing correctly in Content Studio.

Potential Symptoms

  • Scrolling text messages look like they are jittery or choppy when scrolling across display, but look fine when previewing in software.
  • Scrolling text message is moving across the display too slow/slowly according to the speed I set.
  • Scrolling text message is running slower than it should and/or looks jerky.

Cause

  • Memory fragmentation on controller. 

Resolution

  • Run Clear memory Reset on controller then run Memory cleanup.
