Connecting Stat Crew Computer to DSTI with Null Modem

Steps

Note: Reference How to set up Stat Crew with the All Sport, DSTI, and Venus 7000, DD2167389 for more information on Stat Crew and DSTI setup.

Note: The described configuration is only recommended when the Stat Crew computer and the DSTI computer are less than 30 feet apart.

1. Connect a null modem 9 pin serial cable to the serial port (Com 1) on the Stat Crew computer.

Note: If your computer has no serial port available, use a USB to Serial converter. Configuring a MOXA USB to Serial Cable COM Port, DD1547641.

2. Connect the other end of the serial cable to the serial port on the DSTI computer.
