After receiving media kit via email link the Animations are not showing; Animations folder is named plural instead of singular.

Potential Symptoms

After receiving the media kit (zipped file) and extracting the files the pictures/JPEGs are showing up but animations/videos are not.
No errors in the Venus 1500 Media Kit.

Cause

The animations/avi files, when extracted, are in a folder named Animations instead of "Animation" (needs to be singular).
The pictures are correctly stored in a folder named "Stills".

Resolution

Navigate to C:\Users\Public\Documents\My Daktronics\[display aspect ratio e.g. 1x2]\[display height e.g. 64]\Animations.
Rename the Animations folder to "Animation".
In Content Studio, click on the Videos tab and search the Daktronics Media Library.
