Content playing from DMP-8000 is stretched overly large on the display; Display width and height are set incorrectly
Potential Symptoms
- When playing content through the DMP-8000 the image appears stretched and not fitting the display properly.
- VIP translation table uploaded correctly but image still does not fit display.
- Adjusting the VLink Viewable and Window areas do nothing.

Cause
- The Display Width and Display Height are set incorrectly for the DMP-8000.
Resolution
- Open the Control Panel for the VNet Player, go to the Edit Configuration Settings tab and change the Display Width and Display Height to the matrix size on site.
- Using DMP-8000's HTML interface, go to Configuration tab than to Primary under Output.
- Ensure that the Default Adapter is also set to 1.
