  • When trying to start the Daktronics Fusion service, you may receive the following error:
  • The Daktronics Fusion service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not used by other services or programs.

  • An error occurred while logging in: Credential store is not accessible.
    • Error.log shows: Error during set up of users names and roles. Could not establish trust relationship.
  • You will see the following error in the Windows Event Viewer Log files. While in Event Viewer go to Applications and Services Logs -> Daktronics.
  • The description for Event ID 0 from source Fusion cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can uninstall or repair the component on the local computer.
  • Message: An Exception Occurred.
    InvalidOperationException: Fusion issued certificate not found (COMPUTER NAME). Please re-install or run repair on the Daktronics software install.

  • WebException (3): The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.
  • AuthenticationException (4): The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
