All Sport is not operating my scoreboard, incorrect All Sport console

Potential Symptoms

  •  All Sport console is not operating the scoreboard, but all the digits do turn on in test code/all on mode.

Environment

  •  Scoreboard
  •  All Sport Console

Cause

  • The wrong All Sport Console is being used.
    • Console may be compatible with scoreboard, but not communication method.

Resolution

  1. Locate the model number of the scoreboard this console is operating.
  2. Verify the correct console is being used for that model of scoreboard by checking the back of the manual for codes for that All Sport Console.

  3. If there is no code listed for that model of scoreboard, this All Sport console is not able to operate this scoreboard; will need to use a compatible console.
