FLR-1500, Fuelight; Can change prices intermittently or not at all, receiving DNR CMD 5 error
Potential Symptoms
- DNR CMD 5 error when trying to update display's.
- Can communicate intermittently at times, but possibly not at all.
- When initially powering up DM-100 receive Sign 1 Line 1 not found error message.
- Low or no signal LED's lit, but in range light may be lit.
Environment
- FL-2000, FL-4000
- FLR-1500
Cause
- Poor or no signal strength between radios. Interference on the channel.
Resolution
- Change radios to different channel until a signal strength of 5 or more signal LED's are achieved. Reference How to perform a Reconfiguration/Factory Reset on RS-422 serial radios?, DD1982800.
- Note: Sign 1 Line 1 not found error message may still appear upon initially powering up handheld.
