Potential Symptoms

Environment

  • Galaxy

  • M2 & M3 Controller based product
  • Venus 1500 Ver. 4.XX.X

Cause

  • A presentation has been moved or removed from the Venus 1500 Content Tab and is no longer accessible within the playlist or there is a corrupted file trying to be sent.

Resolution

Step 1: Perform a Clear Memory and Reset Display Command.
  1. Click Display Tools.
    • To the right of the Display Drop-down Menu, and to the right of the green refresh arrows.
  2. Place a check next to Clear Display Memory.
  3. Click Reset Display.
  4. Allow action to finish before proceeding to the next step.


Step 2: Perform a Memory Cleanup.
  1. Click Display Tools again.
  2. Click Memory Cleanup.
  3. Allow action to finish before proceeding to the next step.
Step 3: Re-publish schedule.
  1. Go to Schedule Tab.
  2. Click Publish or Publish to Display.
  3. Allow action to finish.
  4. Go to Home Tab, to view if correct running presentations are listed under Running Presentations panel.
  5. Update to 4.20.4 version Venus 1500 or latest version.
