Resolution

  1. Launch Venus 1500 Display Manager. (Computer/Lighting Bolt button)
  2. Select the display under Display List.
  3. Click Get Status.
  4. Click Diagnostic Controls View (Two Gears).
  5. Place a check next to Clear Display Memory.
    • Warning - Clearing Display Memory will permanently delete all currently running and stored messages and schedules off of the display.
  6. Click Reset Display.
  7. Click Yes to the prompt asking if you wish to continue.
  8. Wait 30 seconds before trying to establish connection to the display again.
