What needs to be done to allow remote communication to our displays through a broadband modem?

- Control System: Venus 1500
Resolution
- You need to work with the provider of the modem to ensure the following is done:
- Modem is configured to allow the appropriate ports (either 3001 or 4500-4525) to be forwarded onto the private IP address of the display
- If display is M2 or M3 based it needs to be given a static IP address that is compatible with modem.
- When connecting to display through Venus 1500 software you will need to use public IP address of modem.
