Show control content flashing says initializing, display issues

Potential Symptoms

Display is flashing and says initializing.

Environment

  • SCS
  • Content
  • Windows XP
  • Venus 7000

Cause

This could be caused due to bad EPLD files, or just something during bootup.

Resolution

  1. Run test pattern from Venus to see if problem persists using full color pattern.
  2. Restart sign services, this will also re-download the EPLD files if there is a problem with those as well.
