Display is blank with heartbeat LED in bottom right corner; No Scheduled Content
Potential Symptoms
- Display is blank with flashing Red, Amber, or White (Red/Green/Blue cluster) LED in bottom right corner of the display; has blinking pixel in lower right, heartbeat LED / pixel.
- Venus 1500 - Able to get status to the display using version 3 or 4 of the software.
- Nothing is listed in "Running Messages" in Venus 1500 version 3 Display Manager even though there may be an active schedule listed in Schedule Control view.
- Nothing is listed under "Running Presentations:" in Venus 1500 version 4.
- Messages/Presentations may be listed in Stored Messages/Presentations.
- May show no presentations or playlists on Schedule Tab.
- Display will show sequence of numbers and words (boot up sequence) after powering it up and then go blank with a blinking LED on bottom right.
- First Time Fire UP (FTFU) of new display or new replacement controller, when powered up, display does show boot up followed by heartbeat but no content.

Cause
- There are no messages playing on the controller.
- The schedule ended, playlist ended, expired, or has not started yet.
- Playlist is empty; no presentations added to it.

- Create or Correct any possible scheduling errors under the scheduler in Venus 1500 software.
