Content Studio: How do I edit an existing presentation in Venus 1500 V4?

Steps

  1. Launch Venus 1500 V4 Software.
  2. Click the Content Tab.
  3. Select Display from center drop-down.
  4. Select/Highlight the presentation you need to edit and click Edit or navigate to the message you wish to edit and double-click it.
  5. This will launch the Daktronics Content studio.
  6. Once the message is open in content studio, make any desired changes to the presentation.
  • Click Orange V Application Menu.  
  • Click Save or Save As to save your presentation accordingly.
  • Go back to the Venus 1500 Software HUB.
  • Click the Schedule Tab.
  • Click Publish or Publish to Display to send new message out to display.
  • If/when you are prompted/asked to overwrite message/presentation, click Yes.
  • Edited message should now be on the display.
