Sportsound: No sound from SS-500HD cabinet, standby LED is on on the amp

Potential Symptoms

  • No sound from 500HD SportSound cabinet

Environment

  • 500HD SportSound
  • Ethernet link and fiber link lights are all on in the Fiber box
  • Standby LED is ON, on the amp in the cabinet (Amp is muted)
  • There will be blue lights on when you sign into the amp and a red light that says standby.
  • Click the buttons to unmute the amp.

Cause

  • Amp is muted

Resolution

  • Log in with Cobramote and unmute the amp
