Messages up to date on one face of the two matrix display, but not on the other face

Potential Symptoms

  • Messages are up to date on one face of the two matrix display, but old content running on the second face.
    • Second face may be blank with a heartbeat.
  • Able to get status from both faces.

  • New schedule was only sent to one of the two back to back displays.

Resolution

  • Publish new schedule to the second face of the display.
