How to Create a Service Report using MySupport for Service Partners

This Kb is specifically for Service Partner Dispatchers and Technicians that have access to MySupport for Service Partners.  

 

Step 1: Log Into MySupport using your email address

*If you have forgotten your password click forgot password to reset.

*If you are having issues logging in or if your MySupport does not look like the below fill out this form.

 

 

Step 2: From the MySupport Page Click the Service Appointments Tab at the top ribbon bar

 

 

Step 3: Click drop down on Recently view and select SP All Service Appointments

This will show all service appointments that have been assigned to your Company 

NOTE: if you have a different set of list views you are set up as a technician and will only see work assigned to you (at this time we do not have dual role so by default you must be set up with a technician view to close service appointments assigned to you)

If you do not see any list views - email ServiceOutsourcing@daktronics.com as instructed above.

 

 

 

Step 4: Find the Service Appointment either by searching and or clicking on the SA Hyperlink to open the service appointment.

 

 

 

Step 5:  Create Service Report

From Service Appointment

1. Click Create Service Report to see techs timestamps and a report of work done onsite

2 Select Standard Template

  1. Click Create PDF

 

Step 6: Save Report to your computer-

 

Best practice is to include the report when submitting your invoice.

Invoice # = Service Appointment Number

Timestamps should be entered by certified tech - round the first timestamp to the closest 15min increment and the last timestamp by closest 15min increment. 

Note separate line items for standard hours and overtime hours based off this rounding

NCT timestamps will show below the Technician timestamps if entered. 

Note: NCT must be preapproved as indicated on the report under Number of NCTs Needed
