FSMA: Locating Part Shipment Information

This process is completed by Field Engineers and Service Partners using Field Service Mobile App (FSMA).

This article reviews the steps to find the shipping status of the parts associated with a Service Appointment 

Environment

Steps

Option 1: Locating the part shipment tracking info under Job Details

Open the Field Service Mobile App and locate your Service Appointment. 

                                                                          

With the Service Appointment open, swipe up on the Actions Tab and find Job Details under the Service Appointment section.

 

 

Next, tap on the dropdown and select Products. The dropdown will collapse and tap on Next to continue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select Product Shipping Status and Next to view where the parts were shipped to along with the URL that will open the UPS App if you have it downloaded on your mobile device, or a webpage on your mobile browser for up-to-date status information of your parts.

 

                  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Option 2: Locating the part shipment tracking info within Service Appointment Sub-files:

 

Open the Field Service Mobile App and locate your Service Appointment. 

 

 

 

 

With the Service Appointment open, tap the Related Tab under Work Order Details.

 

 

With the Related Tab open, scroll down to find Shipment. Tap Shipment to view all packages being sent for this Service Appointment.

 

 

 

 

Select the SP-XXXX to expand details on the packages.

 

 

 

 

 

Choose the Related Tab to view the Product Ship Lines and Shipment Packages.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Product Line Shipment breaks down all Product Line Shipments with a description and quantity of the part.

 

                                 

 

 

Shipment Packages stores the Tracking Link within the SPG-XXXX.

    • Tapping the SPG-XXXX will show all details of the SP-XXXX with a Tracking Link.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

Note: Downloading the UPS App in the App Store or Google Play Store for your iPhone or Android will allow the Tracking Link to be open directly in the UPS App.

 

If still unable to get the tracking number, please call dispatch at 866-325-8425 option 2.
