Steps

We will jump to the end of the Service Appointment Close-Out process where we verify timestamps, followed by completing the Travel Home Complete.

In scenario, it is Tuesday 5/05 and you are closing out a Service Appointment that was completed on Friday, 5/02.

These are the times from the Service Appointment that will be entered:

Enroute Time : May 2 at 8:30am

On-site Arrival Time: May 2 at 9:00am

Actual End Time: May 2 at 4:30pm

Travel Home Complete May 2 at 5:00pm

For this you will enter the correct time and date for these activities and tap Next to continue.

Enroute Time : May 2 at 8:30am

Here you will confirm these two timestamps are correct before finalizing these milestones. You can ignore the Actual End Time you see, as this timestamp is generated when completing the Service Appointment Closeout and will be corrected in the next step, Travel Home Complete. Tap Next to conclude the Service Appointment Close-Out. Completing this step will advance the Status from On-site to Pending.

Next, you will open Travel Home Complete to update the timestamps of the Actual End Time and enter the Travel Home Complete timestamp.

You will see the timestamp of the Service Appointment in one easy to view screen. This will open up with all timestamps captured during the Service Appointment Closeout, but now allowing you to correct your "Actual End Time/ Leave Site" time and enter your Travel Home Complete timestamp.

This is the last opportunity to edit and correct the timestamps for this Service Appointment.

After you have entered the correct Travel Home Complete timestamp, tap on Next to return to the overview of the Service Appointment.

By seeing the banner at the top will signify you have closed out the Service Appointment and captures all timestamps.

Note: The Service Appointment will be seen in the "Recently Closed" List View
