This article covers the steps for confirming timestamps and logging lunch breaks during the Service Appointment Closeout process.
Environment

- Login credentials for Salesforce Field Service Mobile App
Steps
Steps to Confirm Timestamps and Log Lunch Breaks:
1. Open the Service Appointment in the app, slide up to see the Action tab, and click on Service Appointment Closeout.
2. Provide essential information pertaining to the Service Appointment. You will then be asked to confirm your Enroute timestamp (when you left for the site) and your On-site Arrival Time timestamp (when you arrived onsite).
3. If you took a lunch break, toggle the switch at the bottom of the screen.
4. Tap Next.
5. Enter the start time of your lunch break.
6. Enter the duration of the lunch break.
7. Tap Next.
8. You will now be able to preview all time entries:
Note: If you are not closing your Service Appointment in real-time or when the service was actually completed, your Actual End Time will not be accurate, but not to be alarmed.
The Actual End Time you see is the timestamp of you completing the Service Appointment Closeout step. Moving on to the Travel Home Complete step will allow you to modify the Actual End Time.
