  • Not seeing anything setup for Point-of-Sale products on the Fuelink 5 controller.
  • FL-5000 prices not updating to match the new prices, using point of sale.

Cause

  • POS cable came unplugged going into the Fuelink 5 controller or incorrect cable used.

Resolution

  • Locate/Verify cable for POS system used onsite.
    •  If incorrect cable or cable missing order new cable.
  • Connect the cable between the POS and the Point-of-Sale jack on the Fuelink 5 controller.
    • Refer to the Fuelink 5 POS Interface Guide (DD5403695), provided with the interface kit onsite for additional information for the specific point of sale used onsite.
  • Go to Diagnostics > POS Monitor to verify data received when a price change is initiated on the POS. If no data coming in contact Point of Sale vendor for continued troubleshooting.
