Unable to connect to Fuelink 5 controller user interface web page.

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to connect to Fuelink 5 controller.
  • Unable to access the Fuelink 5 user interface.
  • Can't connect to the FL-5000 controller.

Cause

Issue with network connection, wi-fi, controller lock up, or no power to Fuelink 5 controller.

Resolution

Perform the following checks/steps to find the specific cause based off onsite setup:

  • Verify POWER LED is ON. If not, check power connection.
  • Verify STATUS LED is blinking. If not, cycle power, wait ~1 minute to reboot and attempt to connect again.
  • Wired network connection – verify LEDs are lit on the NETWORK jack. Check network cable connections and customer network equipment.
  • Wi-Fi connection – Connect directly to the “Fuelink 5” access point and verify customer Wi-Fi network settings.
