How do the AI Credit Allowances work with my subscription?

Your FrameWrx subscription includes a set number of AI credits each year, based on your subscription plan. These credits can be used for AI features such as image generation, image editing, and image or video background removal

Environment

FrameWrx by Daktronics is a cloud-based content design platform that enables anyone, anywhere to access professionally designed templates to elevate their brand for event production and promotions. This timesaving platform simplifies content creation, maximizing the impact of digital video displays and social communication. Event producers of any ability can access top-level, intentionally designed templates, created by the professional digital artists who provide content for professional stadiums. 

Steps

  1. How many AI credits are included? Are credits available per user or across the entire account?
    • Classroom subscription: 1,000 AI credits per year, shared across the account.
    • Creator subscription: 200 AI credits per year, shared across the account.

     

    1. How many credits does it take to use each AI feature?
      • The credit usage varies by feature.    

      

    1. How will I know when I use an AI credit?
      • Look for the AI icon to determine which features utilize credits. AI credit usage is tracked automatically. Usage tracking is available in your Daktronics subscription management portal to help you monitor usage over time. 

       

      1. Can I buy more AI Credits?

      To purchase: 

        1. Go to the Subscriptions tab. 
        2. Select your FrameWrx subscription. 
        3. Scroll to “Add to your FrameWrx account.” 
        4. Select the AI Credit Pack. 

      Additional details:

      • Credits are added to your account immediately after purchase. 
      • Purchased credits do not expire while your FrameWrx subscription remains active. 
      • Any unused purchased credits stay in your account until fully used or your subscription ends. 
      • AI credits are pooled at the account level and available to all active users. 

       

      1. How will I know how many credits I have left?

       

      1. Do my credits expire?
        • Yes, subscription included AI credits do not roll over to the next subscription year. At your subscription renewal date, any unused credits will expire, and your account will reset to the standard annual credit allowance. 
        • However, purchased AI Credits never expire and will roll over each subscription term until fully used. 

           

        1. Why AI Credits?
          • AI features require complex computing power. The credit system helps us provide reliable performance and fair access for all customers.
          • Each subscription includes a set number of AI credits per year based on your plan, with the option to purchase more if needed.
