How do the AI Credit Allowances work with my subscription?
A FrameWrx subscription includes a pre-set amount of AI credits based on the subscription type. Credits can be used for AI features such as image generation, image alteration, and image or video background removal.

Steps
How many AI credits are included? Are credits available per user or across the entire account?
- Classroom subscription: 320 AI credits per year, shared across the account.
- Creator subscription: 160 AI credits per year, shared across the account.
How many credits does it take to use each AI feature?
How will I know when I use an AI credit?
Look for the AI icon to determine which features utilize credits. AI credit usage is tracked automatically. Usage tracking is available in your subscription management portal to help you monitor usage over time.
How will I know how many credits I have left?
Remaining AI credits and usage history are displayed in your subscription management portal. This information is updated in real-time. FrameWrx: Subscription Management
Do my credits expire?
Yes. AI credits do not roll over to the next subscription year. At your subscription renewal date, any unused credits will expire, and your account will reset to the standard annual credit allowance (160 or 320 credits).
I previously had unlimited access to the Image Background Removal tool. Why is my access now limited?
To better manage AI resources and provide fair usage across all accounts, AI features are now allocated through the AI Credit Allowance system. This approach guarantees that all users can access AI capabilities within their subscription limits.
