FrameWrx & DakClassroom: Subscription Management

To manage your FrameWrx or DakClassroom subscriptions, follow these steps: 

1. Go to https://shop.daktronics.com/
2. In the top right corner, click "Log In"

3. After getting logged in, you will be taken back to the homepage. 

OR

• If you are logged into FrameWrx, click on "Manage Subscription" and move on to the steps below. 

• If you are logged into DakClassroom, click on "My Subscriptions" and move on to the steps below. 

Manage Subscriptions

1. Click the user icon in the top right corner.

2. From the dropdown menu, click My Account.

3. In the left side navigation, click My Subscriptions.

4. On the My Subscriptions page, click on the name of the subscription you want to manage.

5. On the page for each subscription, there are more details and a button you can click to Turn Off Automatic Renewal.

6. If you would like to add a credit card to your subscription, click on Saved Payment Methods in the left side navigation.

7. There is a button at the top right to Add a credit card, you can view credit cards that have been saved, and make sure to check the “Default” box on the credit card that you want to set as your Default Payment Method for subscriptions.

All Admins are managed through your Daktronics Online Account to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and centralized role management. To add, remove, or edit Admins for FrameWrx and/or DakClassroom, follow the steps below: 

• Log into your Daktronics Online Account 

• Click on "Your Subscriptions" in left menu

• Select the Subscription you wish to manage 

• Below your Subscription details, you will see a User Table. Select the Grant Access button to add new users to your account. 

• After you select the contact you wish to add and hit "Save", an email will automatically be sent to that contact inviting them to join your account 

• If the contact you want to grant access to does not appear in the “Grant Access > Select Contact” dropdown, you will need to add them to your Daktronics Online Account contact list first. Follow the steps below to add a new contact. 

• The Billing Contact is the person who receives order confirmation emails, renewal reminder emails, and invoices. 
• You can view and edit your Billing Contact directly in your Daktronics Online Account - ensuring the right people stay informed about your account. 
• Follow the steps below to view and manage the Billing Contact: 
  1. Log into https://shop.daktronics.com/  
  2. Select the Profile icon in the top right corner 
  3. From the drop down menu, click to My Account and then My Subscriptions 
  4. Select the subscription you wish to manage 
  5. On the subscription page, the Billing Contact field will show who the current Billing Contact is for this subscription  
  6. To make changes, select Update below the name

  7. You may select from the list of contacts saved to your account. If you need to add someone new, navigate back to My Account in the left menu and add the contact first.

  8. After saving the new Billing Contact, you will see a success message confirming that the change has been made.
