Display studio: Certain buttons will send files to the M3 controlled display for a few seconds and then they will disappear, Play once not selected

Potential Symptoms

  • When certain buttons in display studio are pressed to send content to the M3 controlled display they will disappear after a few seconds even though the duration is set to unlimited.
  • Statuses of buttons that aren't working properly are green, buttons that are working are blue.

Cause

  • Play once not selected in button properties. 

Resolution

  1. Right click on the button with a green status.
  2. Select properties
  3. click the blue play once button
