All Sport Pro: How do I integrate TV Feeds and SportzCast

Topic

  • TV Feeds are used in control rooms and TV trucks to show clock, score, and period information on TV and on other media. 
  • Genius NCAA Stats- SportzCast output to allow Genius to snapshot clocks with statistic updates. 
  • This will enable users to send "Scorebot" data to the Genius/Sportzcast servers without the need for hardware. - this will replace Daklink functionality. 

Environment

  • Product: All Sport Pro UX

  • Control System: All Sport Pro Suite

Steps

Sportzcast Integration

  1. Log in by Double-clicking the All Sport Pro desktop icon to open the application in your default web browser. 
  2. Enter your Username and Password, and then click Login.
  3. Click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and pick Settings from the slide out.

Choose Sportzcast Integration. 

  1. Enter credentials for integration. 
  2. Click Test Connection to verify credentials.
  3. Save.

Configure the bot number for the Scoreboard. 

  1. Click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and pick Scoreboards from the slide out.
  2. Locate the Sportzcast section and click on the ⩔ to expand the section. 
  3. Check to enable uploads. 
  4. Enter the Bot number from Sportzcast. 
  5. Save.

To verify

  1. Open a game in All Sport Pro.  
  2. The data should be seen in the BOTServer Connector Tester (app by Sportzcast.)

The first two bytes should designate the sport code. The BOTServer Connector Tester has a bug where it always show as "02" which is for Football.

TV Feeds

  1. Click the hamburger icon in the top left corner and pick Scoreboards from the slide out.
  2. Locate the TV Feed section and click on the ⩔ to expand the section. 
  3. Add a TV feed and the appropriate configuration.
