Folder Not found error in Display Studio; password has been changed

  • Unable to access network drive or server machine when attempting to browse to it. Failing credential entries.

Cause

  • Invalid credentials or password has been changed.

Resolution

  1. Remote into the SCS machine and adjust the password back to default.
  2. Attempt to browse to SCS the machine and use the new password to access it.
    • Note: Ensure you store credentials to avoid credentials prompt or repeat error in the future.
