How to edit the number of runs using an All Sport 5000

Topic

  • Edit the runs if too many runs have been entered.
  • Edit runs from a previous inning if I have an inning by inning scoreboard.

Environment

  • Product: Baseball Scoreboard
  • Component: All Sport Operation
  • Control System: All Sport 5000

Steps

To manually enter or edit the number of runs for the current inning:
  1. Press the EDIT button on the console key pad which is located beneath MENU button and to the right of the number keys.
  2. Press the either the Guest or Home RUNS +1 button press YES/ENTER.
  3. Type in the correct number of runs and press YES/ENTER.


To manually enter or edit the number of runs from a previous inning (for inning by inning scoreboards):

Option 1:

  1. Press the EDIT button.
  2. Press the INNINGS +1 button.
  3. Enter in the inning for which the runs need to be changed and then press YES/ENTER to confirm.
  4. Follow the directions in the previous section to change the runs.
  5. Remember to change the innings back to the current inning (EDIT>>INNINGS +1>>enter in value>>YES/ENTER) when your done.
  6. If you need to return to the bottom of the inning, press the OUTS +1 button 4 times.
  7. Continue to push OUT +1 until you are back to the correct inning.

Option 2:

  1. Press the EDIT button on the console key pad which is located beneath MENU button and to the right of the number keys.
  2. Press the either the Guest or Home RUNS +1 button.
  3. Use the Up or Down arrows around Menu to adjust the inning number listed if needed.
  4. Once inning number is correct, type in the correct number of runs and press YES/ENTER.
