SETUP INTEL GRAPHICS FOR DMP-8122 AND MULTIPLE LCD DIGITAL DISPLAYS

This article covers the configuration of the Intel Graphics settings when installing a DMP-8122 with two or more LCD Digital displays.

Environment

DMP-8122
LCD Digital Displays
USB Computer keyboard and mouse

Steps

  1. Connect the computer keyboard to an open USB port on the DMP-8122.
  2. Close the DMP8000 App
    1. Access the Daktronics folder via the Start menu and select DMP8000 Shutdown 
  3. Open the Intel Graphics Command Center by searching "Intel" in the computer search field.
  4. Read and accept the License Agreement.
  5. Navigate to the DISPLAY tab in the left side menu. step 5 intel graphics
  6. Turn ON the Combined Desktop Setting Intel Graphics step 6 turn on combined desktop.png
  7. Change the REFRESH RATE to 60p. and select KEEP when prompted.  
    1. Note: during this process, the DMP-8122 window may reopen and cover the screen preventing you from seeing the KEEP button.  Just minimize the window again and select KEEP.Intel Graphics step 7 refresh rate.png
  8. Close the Intel Graphics Command Center Window.
