LCD Networks: What is Bezel Comp or Bezel Compensation?

Bezel compensation adjusts rendering on multi monitor setups to provide a smooth transition from one display to the next without a disjointed look.    We want to understand the pixel dimensions of the Display size that includes the Bezel Compensation and the Player Views.

In this drawing, there are two LCD displays with creative spanning across them.  Each display is 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.  In between where the two displays meet up, or the bezel, is 100 pixels.   If we add the width of both displays, 1920+1920 plus the width of the bezel, +100, we get 3940.   Because the height of the displays side by side doesn't change, our overall canvas size is 3940 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high.
 
Daktronics displays are sent out preconfigured for the bezel in both the Media Player and Venus Control Suite, so you should not have to worry about this.  The video below provides a visual of a 2x1 spanned set up - one without the bezel configured, and one with it.
