Cause
- Daktronics Data Server service not running.
- Data Server service not running correctly.
Resolution
- Navigate to Services - Click on the Windows Start button on the task bar and starting typing "Services"
- Look for "Daktronics Data Server" in services list
- Click "start" or "restart" depending on if service is currently running
