Data Server: Receiving input but not outputting data; Service not running/not running correctly

Potential Symptoms

  • Seeing input on Data Monitor but no output.
  • Data Monitor is not outputting data.

Cause

  • Daktronics Data Server service not running.
  • Data Server service not running correctly.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Services - Click on the Windows Start button on the task bar and starting typing "Services"
  2. Look for "Daktronics Data Server" in services list
  3. Click "start" or "restart" depending on if service is currently running
