SLD: display has discolored modules; Receiver card lost config

Potential Symptoms

Cause

  • Rec card lost config

Resolution

  1. Open NovaCTL software and log in as admin user - NovaStar: How do I log into and install software to use the NovaLCT-Mars Sender Box used in a Daktronics display?
  2. Open Screen configuration option

  1. Using Read from Receiving card button pull rec card config from module that appears correctly colored.
  2. select sending card usually1 then output and card on pop screen then select.
  3. Alternative if available is to Load from File and choose good backup of receiving card.
  4. Hit Send to Receiver card button to send config to all.
  5. Verify color conformity.
  6. Hit Save button at bottom to save setting to hardware.
