Steps

To identify which venues have MLB-owned, Club-owned Hawk-Eye, or other systems that we don’t integrate with (i.e. Trackman), you can use this endpoint 

  • If you look at the trackingVersion object, you will see an owner field, which either says MLB Club, MLB, or Hybrid (the latter is coming shortly). For your purposes MLB and Hybrid are both MLB-owned and fall under your single set of credentials, and MLB Club would have different credentials by venue.
If still unclear or site does not have data server set up contact your regional applications engineer for quotes, package files and data server setup.
