Steps
- Are you having issues with NDI?
- If Yes: Follow SportApp: output is not visible on the TriCaster. If issue persists, contact Daktronics.
- If No: Proceed to Step 2.
- Does the Sport App show 2 CH SDI at the bottom of the Sport App?
- If Yes: Verify the Sport App output settings and cables are correct. If issue persists, contact Daktronics.
- If No: Proceed to Step 3.
- Is the AJA I/O box powered on and connected to the Live Book?
- If No: Connect the I/O box, power it on, and close/reopen Sport App. If issue persists, contact Daktronics.
- If Yes: Proceed to Step 4.
- Does Device Manager show the I/O box under "Unknown Devices"?
- If Yes: Update AJA Drivers. If issue persists, contact Daktronics.
- If No: Proceed to Step 5.
- Contact Daktronics for further assistance with troubleshooting.
