Headshots or Action Shots Missing

Follow the instructions below to ensure that the content is configured properly to display desired headshots or action shots.

Steps

  1. Is it just action shots?
    1. If Yes: Check Action Shots are not pulling into Insert Graphics
    2. If No: Proceed to Step 2,
  2. Check Roster, does the player show a headshot? 
    1. If No: Add a headshot using SportApp: How do I add or edit a player headshot? . If issue persists, proceed to Step 3.
    2. If Yes: Proceed to Step 3.
  3. Does the Insert Graphic Guide show that the template should show a headshot?
    • If No: Use a different template that supports headshots. If a different template is desired, escalate to Daktronics.. 
    • If Yes: Proceed to Step 4.
  4. Does the headshot PNG match the settings in SportApp: How do I add or edit a player headshot?
    • If No: Follow KB listed above to remake headshots. If issue persists, escalate to Daktronics.
    • If Yes: Escalate to Daktronics.
